A photovoltaic waste gas treatment project in the Philippines was signed, with an integrated vertical scrubbing tower being used for the first time in acid and alkali treatment.

In August 2026, Chengjiang Technology signed and completed the waste gas treatment system project for LUMINARA SOLAR PH INC in the Philippines. The project marked the first application of an integrated vertical scrubbing tower with carbon steel and FRP lining in the treatment of acid and alkali waste gases, balancing corrosion resistance and economic efficiency, adding another benchmark case for the company's expansion into the overseas photovoltaic waste gas treatment market.

In August 2026, Shanghai Chengjiang Energy Conservation and Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. successfully signed a waste gas treatment system supply contract with Luminara Solar Ph. Inc. of the Philippines, and completed the delivery of all equipment in the same month. The project was officially launched in the Batangas Light Industry and Science Park in the Philippines.
This project addresses the need for acid and alkali waste gas treatment in photovoltaic production processes, and for the first time adopts an integrated vertical scrubbing tower process. The tower body adopts a composite structure of carbon steel and FRP lining, organically combining the structural strength and pressure-bearing performance of carbon steel with the excellent acid and alkali corrosion resistance of the FRP lining. While ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment, it also takes into account manufacturing economy and on-site maintenance convenience, providing a replicable and scalable technical solution for the treatment of acid and alkali waste gas under highly corrosive conditions.
From R&D and design to manufacturing, export packaging and shipping, and cross-border delivery, the project team overcame challenges such as tight international logistics cycles, stringent export packaging and quarantine standards, and multi-party collaboration across time zones. They efficiently coordinated resources across all stages to complete equipment delivery on schedule, demonstrating the company's mature organizational capabilities and execution in the entire process of overseas project delivery. The equipment has now arrived at the project site, and subsequent installation, commissioning, and technical services are progressing smoothly.
This collaboration represents another significant achievement for the company in its deep cultivation of the overseas industrial waste gas treatment market, and further validates its comprehensive strength in independent R&D, integrated manufacturing, and global delivery services for waste gas treatment systems. Moving forward, the company will continue to drive development through technological innovation, focusing on the waste gas treatment needs of key industries such as photovoltaics and chemicals, providing customers with efficient, stable, and economical system solutions, and steadily expanding its overseas market presence.
